Jayson Myers, CEO NGen Canada: Jayson will share insights on the current economic operating environment and the ongoing challenges and opportunities for manufacturers and technology companies in Canada.

David McNaughton, former Canadian Ambassador to the United States of America: David will provide an update on Canada/US trade relations and what we can expect in the near future.

Jens Nielsen, Managing Director at Nielsen Associates: Jens will discuss current costs and constraints in the global supply chain, and provide insights on the future of global container shipping.

Meet the Speakers

Jayson Myers, CEO, NGen Canada
Jayson Myers is an award-winning business economist, specializing in industrial and technological change, and has been widely recognized as one of the most influential policy advocates in Canada.

He is an advisor to both private and public sector leaders and has counseled Canadian prime ministers and premiers, as well as senior corporate executives and policymakers around the world.

David MacNaughton, President, Palantir

Mr. MacNaughton is the President of Palantir Canada, a subsidiary of Palantir Technologies, Inc. (data integration and analytics software) since September 2019. Mr. MacNaughton has held various positions with both the federal and provincial levels of government, including serving as Canada’s Ambassador to the United States from March 2016 to August 2019.

He also served as Principal Secretary to the Premier of Ontario from 2003 to 2005.
