Looking for integration partners to begin to automate some of our processes as we scale up from a few dozen robots to hundreds, then thousands of robots being manufactured locally.

About Swap Robotics:

  • A 50-person, rapidly growing company based in Kitchener-Waterloo
  • We design, manufacture and operate 100% electric robots for outdoor work applications
  • Main focus is on robots for cutting the grass & vegetation in utility-scale (1,000+ acre) solar farms
  • Raised $7 million USD in seed funding to-date

Project Objectives:

  • Identify best areas for immediate automation
  • Implement some of these processes
  • Test actual gains against expected gains
  • Iterate as needed

We've already designed the robots, and are capable of manufacturing a few dozen robots per year using highly manual methods.

What YOU will bring to the table:

We're seeking partners who have experience helping companies scale-up complex manufacturing, to strategically go from producing dozens of units per year to hundreds, then thousands of units annually.
